• Candidate has to process card applications in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction with Inbound and Outbound calling.
• He / She has to highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet customer needs and to ensure quality service at all times.
• Gather relevant information from customers as required and update it accurately to facilitate the decision process.
• Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 – 4,50,000 P.A.
