Job Description:
1. Coordinate effectively with individuals/teams within the organization to ensure high quality and timely resolution of issues and timely replies to customer requests/inquiries regarding batch processing delays

2. Troubleshoot and resolve Managed Services issues and ensure that client jobs complete within defined SLA/SLE

3. Respond to client inquiries and requests via phone, email and case tracking system

4. Monitor alerts and status of servers, jobs execution in Unix/Linux and Windows environment

5. Liaise with backup teams in other geographical locations to provide continuity of service in the event of local issues

Candidate Profile:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any sector – IT related preferred.


1. At least 2 yrs experience in Technical Customer Support capacity

2. At least 2 yrs experience in Technical Customer Support capacity

1. Scripting knowledge in SQL, Perl and Python is an advantage

2. Experience in Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista/2008 in a network environment

3. Knowledge of Microsoft applications

4. Good command of the English language with good communication skills both oral and written

5. Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays and weekends

6. Basic administration tasks and knowledge in Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems

7. Able to write and run simple Unix scripts

8. Has strong organizational and multi-tasking skills and able to deliver under tight deadlines
