Job Requirements:
* Candidate should be BE/B Tech from a recognised university.
* Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
* Must have knowledge of ticketing system(Service now/remedy etc.)
* Should have excellent troubleshooting(Hardware/Software) technical in desktop/Laptop related issues.
* Must have good communication skills (verbal and written).
* Should be ready to support 24*7
* Should act as the single point of contact to the internal customers/users for all IT related requirements.
* Must have the responsibilities of the engineer will be to resolving the requests/incidents, track it till closure.
* Should escalate as per the escalation chart, follow up with internal stakeholders and vendors to close the issues.
* Must be keeping track of consumables in stock, inventory in use update asset data as per the process defined.
* Should have saily ticket status update to team.
* Must submit week on week service call report to reporting manager.
* Must be giving training to all newly appointed engineers on Helpdesk tool.
