Job Description:
1. Looking for a candidate who has handled administration and front office activities in a reputed organization (preferably MNC)
2. Monitor office supplies and housekeeping
3. Ensure that all office supplies needs are met by Coordinating with vendors for supply of services required on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
4. The Single point of contact for all administrative issues (Housekeeping, Cabs, Vendor services, etc)
5. Participate in identifying strategic steps for better office administration & vendor management
6. Should be willing to travel
Candidate Profile:
Any Graduation

1 – 2 years in Office Admin

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Strong customer service orientation and expert-level administrative skills
3. Ability to delegate and monitor tasks of vendors
4. Well versed MS Office applications
5. Proven ability to manage vendors
